These Terms and conditions made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Anti Social Etiquette (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the antisocialetiquette.com website. You agree that by accessing the site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the site and you must discontinue use immediately.

Shipment of Sold Merchandise
Once we have confirmed the availability of stock, received your payment and confirmed the sale to you, shipment will be made to the address provided by you in the order. Progress of your order will be advised by e-mail once dispatched.
If we do not have the stock (or colour or size) or do not receive the payment for your order, then we will notify you of this by e-mail and advise any details of awaited restocking lead times or discontinuation of any merchandise item. You will be requested to confirm your order, re-submit payment or request a refund subject to the circumstances within that e-mail. If the item is no longer in stock within a reasonable period, then you will receive a refund within 3-5 working days of the confirmation of receipt of your order.
If you receive confirmation of the sale you will not be required to pay a price that is greater than the amount reflected on our website at the time at which you ordered – unless the address for shipping changes between the time of your order and the actual shipping.
We reserve the right to vary the price of merchandise at any time. However, once we have confirmed a sale, we shall not modify the price.
Delayed shipment or item unavailability - If an item confirmed as sold is delayed or becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the cost paid. If this occurs, we will contact you.

Payment will only be accepted once received to our bank account, irrespective of the cause for any delay in the receipt of payment via our website.
Under no circumstance will we be liable to any party for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, and/or punitive damages pertaining to a sale of merchandise through our website.
Refunds & Exchanges
You have 14 days from the shipping date to return your purchase from Antisocialetiquette.com.
We will accept items that are unworn, unused and free of damage from the customer for a full refund or exchange. Any item that is returned is the customers responsibility until it is received by us. We suggest using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the item/s and obtaining proof of postage. We are unable to cover return shipping costs. If you believe your item is faulty, damaged or does not conform to its description on our site please contact us.
Customs, duties and taxes are not included.
All international orders are shipped with delivery duties unpaid.
Any fees charged once the parcel reaches its destination, must be paid by the recipient.
Shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, the time you make your purchase and item availability.
